_#160;Management Board ofMedicalgorithmics S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on December 6, 2022, theSupervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr. Przemysław Tadla as aMember of the Management Board for a 3-year term of office.

Information about theMember of the Management Board:

Mr. Przemysław Tadla has23 years of professional experience gained in large, internationalcorporations operating in the electronics, automotive, productcertification and medical industries.

Since 2008, he has beendealing with the assessment of compliance with safety requirements andthe certification of products for the US market and the most importantinternational markets. From Medicalgorithmics S.A. he was tied up frommid-2013 to 2021. He held several positions, including the head of theStrategy Development Department and the Plenipotentiary for the QualityManagement System at the Management Board. As the Strategy Director, hewas responsible for supporting the Company's Management Board indeveloping, communicating, implementing and maintaining the Company'sstrategic initiatives. Among the most important projects for which hewas responsible was the design of the new system for hybrid cardiacrehabilitation PocketECG CRS, which ended with CE and FDA certificationin 2018. In addition, for many years as the Product Compliance Director,he supervised the Company's medical device certification department,which was responsible for all regulatory matters regarding medicaldevices, including certificates and registrations around the world. Inthe last period of work for Medicalgorithmics S.A. as the OperationsDirector, he managed the Company's production plant.

After leavingMedicalgorithmics S.A. started his activity as a consultant in RASC Sp.z o. o. and cooperated with companies from the med-tech industry fromEurope and the United States, supporting them in the field of productdevelopment, certification and marketing approval strategies. From thebeginning of 2022, as the Operations Director, he is responsible forproduct development in American startups Biometryks LLC and KardiolyticsInc.

Mr. Przemysław Tadla isa graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and post-graduatestudies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Mr. Przemysław Tadlawill be responsible for the technology area in the Management Board asChief Technology Officer.

Mr. Przemysław Tadlamade a statement that he is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register, nordoes he perform any activity that is competitive to the Company'sactivity and that he is not a partner in competitive civil partnershipsor partnerships, capital or members of bodies of other competing legalentities.
