TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that the shareholderspresent at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for June30, 2023 (_quot;General Meeting_quot;) held 6,352,257 (six millionthree hundred fifty two thousand two hundred fifty seven) shares andvotes, constituting 63.82% (sixty three whole eighty two hundredthspercent) of the share capital and all votes.

Atleast 5% of votes in the total number of votes at the General Meetingwere held by:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny PZU _quot;Złota Jesień_quot; - 721 689 shares and votes, sharein the number of votes at the General Meeting -11.36%,share in thetotal number of votes - 7.25%;

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;BiofundCapital Management LLC - 4 976 384 shares and votes, share in the numberof votes at the General Meeting -78.34%,share in thetotal number of votes - 49.99 %;

3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN - 448_#160;586 384 shares and votes,share in the number of votes at the General Meeting - 7,06 %, share inthe total number of votes - 4,51%.
