Pro-rata Non-Renounceable Rights Offer – Extension of Offer and Amended Timetable

MEC Resources Ltd (ASX: MMR, ACN 113 900 020), the “ Company ”, refers to the pro-rata nonrenounceable rights offer announced on 13 April 2018 ( Rights Offer ) and is pleased to announce the extension of the Rights Offer closing date from Monday 7 May 2018 to Wednesday 16 May 2018. The Company has been contacted by a number of shareholders who have not received their forms from Australia Post in a timely manner.

Accordingly, shareholders are encouraged to submit their Acceptance Form for the Non Renounceable Offer as soon as possible.
