Pro Rate Non-Renounceable Rights Issue – Extension of Offer and Amended Timetable

MEC Resources Ltd (ASX: MMR, ACN 113 900 020), the “ Company ”, refers to the Pro Rata Non Renounceable Rights Offer ( Offer ) announced on 8 May 2018 and is pleased to announce the extension of the Offer closing date from Thursday 7 June 2018 to Friday 15 June 2018. The extension will allow for those shareholders who participated in the first offer in April 2018 to resubmit their applications for processing.

The revised timetable is set out below. Other than the changes to the Closing Date and the indicative timing of events which follow thereafter, all other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.

Accordingly, shareholders are encouraged to submit their Acceptance Form for the Offer as soon as possible to ensure their applications are included in the processing.
