MEC Resources Ltd Share Purchase Plan – Extension of Closing Date

The Directors of MEC Resources Ltd ( Company ) are pleased to announce that the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) announced on 19 September 2017 which was due to close on Monday 23[rd] October 2017 has been extended by two weeks to Monday 6 November 2017.

The revised indicative timetable for the SPP is as follows:

Thursday 21stSeptember 2017	Opening Date 9:00am (WST)The date the Plan opens.
Monday 6thNovember 2017	Closing Date*The date on which the SPP closes.Applications and payments or BPAY® must be received by 5:00pm(WST).
Thursday 9thNovember 2017	Issue DateThe date shares are issued and any scaleback of the Shares to be issuedunder the SPP is announced.
Friday 10thNovember 2017	Dispatch DateThe date on which holding statements are sent to shareholders whosubscribed for shares under the SPP.
Monday 13thNovember 2017	Share Trading DateThe date on which it is expected that shares will commence trading on theASX.

The Company’s directors reserve the right to vary the SPP closing date.
