The Company wishes to update the market on its revised capital structure following the expiry of 1,000,000 unquoted options on 14 July 2015 issued under its Employee Option Scheme exercisable at 35c per option:

• Options exercisable at $1.25 and expiring 4 November 2015 –100,000
