SUSPENSION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
MEC Resources Limited ( MEC or the Company ) (ASX: MMR) advises that Mr Robert Marusco has been suspended from his role as joint company secretary of the Company effective from the 14[th] September 2020 to a date to be determined by the Board of MEC.
The Board of MEC advises that Mr Marusco’s position as company secretary will be reviewed once a number of legal matters are resolved.
Mr Andrew Bald, who is also a director of MEC, will continue to act as company secretary of the Company.
This announcement has been approved by the Board of Directors of MEC.
