BOARD RESTRUCTURE
MEC Resources Limited ( MEC or the Company ) (ASX: MMR) is pleased to announce the details of a recent restructure of the Company's Board of Directors effective as at 23 September 2020.
The Company advises that:

Mr Andrew Bald and Mr Anthony Hamilton have resigned as directors of the Company; and
-
Mr Robert Marusco and Mr Andrew Jones have both been appointed as directors of the Company.
Further, the Company also advises that Mr Andrew Bald has also resigned as company secretary of the Company and Mr Robert Marusco has been reinstated as company secretary of the Company.
The Board of the Company now comprises:

Mr Doug Verley;

Mr Andrew Jones; and
-
Mr Robert Marusco.
This announcement has been approved by the Board of Directors of MEC.
