BOARD RESTRUCTURE – CORRECTION OF ANNOUNCEMENT
MEC Resources Limited ( MEC or the Company ) (ASX: MMR) refers to announcement dated 23 September 2020 entitled “Board Restructure” noting that the incorrect version of the announcement was lodged on the ASX. The correct wording of the announcement is noted below.
The Company advises that:

Mr Andrew Bald and Mr Anthony Hamilton have resigned as directors of the Company; and
-
Mr Robert Marusco and Mr Andrew Jones have both been appointed as directors of the Company.
Further, the Company also advises that Mr Andrew Bald has also resigned as company secretary of the Company and Mr Robert Marusco continues on as company secretary of the Company and the ASX announcement of 16 September 2020 “Suspension of Company Secretary” is retracted.
The Board of the Company now comprises:

Mr Doug Verley;

Mr Andrew Jones; and

Mr Robert Marusco.
This announcement has been approved by the Board of Directors of MEC.
