CHANGE OF AUDITOR

MEC Resources Ltd (“ MEC ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce that HLB Mann Judd (“ HLB ”) have been appointed the Company’s auditors with effect from 23 May 2016.

This appointment follows the resignation of Nexia Perth Audit Services (“ Nexia ”) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s consent to Nexia’s resignation.

HLB will hold office as the auditor until the next annual general meeting of the Company, at which time shareholder approval will be sought for their reappointment and continuation as auditor.

The Company thanks Nexia for their long standing services as auditor of the Company.
