RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

MEC Resources Limited wishes to advise the resignation of Director Mr Seng Yap.

Mr Yap has resigned from his Board position because of the increased commitments in his other business interests.

Mr Yap was a Director of MEC Resources for a number for four years, since its inception and the Board would like to thank Mr Yap for his very substantial contribution to the Company and wish him well with his future endeavours.
