Expiry of Escrow Period - January 24, 2012

Red Gum Resources Limited (‘the Company’) wishes to advise that the escrow period for 500,000 restricted securities associated with the recent IPO has expired as at 10 January 2012 (350,000) and as at 24 January 2012 (150,000).

Following quotation of those securities the issued capital of the Company will be as follows:

• Quoted fully paid ORD 38,462,318

• • Restricted fully paid ORD 36,266,409 • Unquoted options 4,000,000
