Contract for two major metropolitan shopping centres

MCS Services Limited (ASX: MSG) is pleased to advise it has been successful with a tender for security services for two Shopping Centres in metropolitan Perth, owned and managed by Lendlease Property Management (Australia) Limited

The contract is for 3 years, plus the option of two 12-month extensions, commencing on 1[st] September 2021.

The aggregate gross value of this contract over the duration of the 3 year term plus an activation of the two 12 month extensions is estimated to be in excess of $11.5 million dollars.
