Settlement of Sale of MCS Security Group Pty Ltd subsidiary

Further to announcements to shareholders on 2[nd] February 2024, 28 March 2024 (Notice of General Meeting) and 13[th] May 2024, and further to shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 29[th] April 2024, MCS Services Limited advises settlement of the sale of its 100% share interest in the MCS Security Group Pty Ltd subsidiary to Vibrant Services Limited occurred effective midnight 19[th] June 2024.

Settlement funds have been received and applied in line with the Pro Forma balance sheet in Schedule 2 of the 28[th] March 2024 Notice of General Meeting.

MCS Services continues to hold a 100% interest in Highways Traffic Pty Ltd, a traffic management company based in Perth, WA.
