REVERSE TAKEOVER NOT PROCEEDING

MCS Services Ltd (MSG) advises that the extensions of the Agreement and nonbinding Memorandum of Understanding with NJ Ashton Pty Ltd, contemplating the previously reported proposed reverse takeover between MSG and NJ Ashton Pty Ltd expired on 19 December 2024.

After seeking appropriate advice, and by mutual agreement of both parties, the RTO contemplated between both entities will not be proceeding.

MSG will continue to seek other opportunities to maximise returns to shareholders.
