Contract with Perth Theatre Trust and major National Retailer trial

MCS Services Limited (ASX: MSG) ( MCS ) (the Company ) is pleased to announce the renewal of its existing contract to supply uniformed security to events operated by Perth Theatre Trust for a further twelve (12) months.

Perth Theatre Trust operates His Majesty’s Theatre and the State Theatre venues in Perth.

Renewal of the contract with Perth Theatre Trust is a further example of MCS delivering its strategy of maintaining its position as a leading provider of security services by retaining key clients.

In addition, the Company is also pleased to announce the commencement of a three (3) month trial to supply covert officers to a major national retailer in many of its locations across Western Australia. The initial trial involves over 240 hours per week and if successful could generate more than 13,000 billable hours over the coming twelve (12) months.

The commencement with the National Retailer highlights the Company’s drive to attract new clients and provide skilled staff to service their respective security requirements. MCS seeks to not only meet, but exceed its client’s expectations.

Based on last year’s work levels for Perth Theatre Trust, and the projections after a successful trial period performed at the National Retailer for an annual term, the above work could generate over approximately $600,000 in additional income per annum.
