TRADING HALT

The securities of MCS Services Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 5 September 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 MCS Services Limited ( ASX: MSG ) ( MCS Services or the Company ) hereby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a potential capital restructure and balance sheet optimisation.

MCS Services requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 5 September 2016 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
