ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The shares in MCS Services Limited ( ASX: MSG ) ( MCS Services or the Company ) are currently subject to a voluntary suspension, which is scheduled to end at the commencement of trade this morning, Tuesday 6 September 2016.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, MCS Services requests a voluntary suspension effective from the commencement of trading today, Tuesday 6 September 2016.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, MCS Services provides the following information to ASX:

1. The Company is currently working on a potential capital restructure and optimisation of the balance sheet which was expected to be concluded yesterday however is now expected to be concluded in the next 24 hours upon finalisation of the legal documentation. Accordingly, MCS Services expects to be in a position to make an announcement to the market before the commencement of trading on Wednesday 7 September 2016.

2. MCS Services requests the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement to the market referred to above and commencement of trading on Wednesday 7 September 2016.

3. MCS Services is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the voluntary suspension.
