TRADING HALT

The securities of Red Gum Resources Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 2 April 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Red Gum Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests a trading halt to commence at market open today, 31 March 2015 pending an announcement regarding a material capital raising.

The Company requests that trading be halted until after the expected announcement is made or until market open on Thursday, 2 April 2015, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be temporarily halted.
