AMENDED RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE

Red Gum Resources Limited (“Red Gum” or “Company”) advises that as the nonrenounceable rights issue Prospectus was not able to be lodged with the ASX before market open last Friday, it is necessary for the timetable to be further amended by moving all dates back by one business day. Accordingly the Ex date now becomes tomorrow, the Record Date becomes Friday, 17 April and the Closing Date becomes Monday, 4 May 2015. The amended timetable is below.
