RE: Dispatch of Non-renounceable Rights Issue Prospectus

Red Gum Resources Limited ("Red Gum" ASX: RGX) is pleased to announce that the nonrenounceable rights issue prospectus together with individually coded entitlement & acceptance forms, for an underwritten Offer of 11 new shares for each 12 shares held as at the Record Date of 17 April 2015, has today been dispatched to all eligible shareholders in accordance with the revised timetable announced on 14 April 2015.

The remaining timetable dates for the Offer are as follows:

Prospectus sent out to Shareholders & Company announces this has been completed Closing Date Shares quoted on a deferred settlement basis ASX notified of under subscriptions Issue date/Shares entered into Shareholders’ security holdings Deferred settlement ends and quotation of Shares issued under the Offer commences
