RE: Entitlement Offer Allotment and Quotation

Red Gum Resources Limited ("Red Gum" ASX: RGX) is pleased to announce that allotment and issue of the Entitlement Offer shares and options has taken place today. In accordance with the requirements of Appendix 7A of the ASX listing rules we advise as follows:

• Number of shares for which quotation is sought 155,205,975

• Number of options for which quotation is sought ex $0.01 exp 15/11/17 38,801,500

Notes:

1) The Company has applied for quotation of the above shares and options.

2) The above numbers have been rounded in accordance with the disclosures in the Offer Prospectus.
