TRADING HALT

The securities of Red Gum Resources Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 22 May 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Red Gum Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests a trading halt to commence at market open today, 20 May 2014 pending an announcement regarding a capital raising in accordance with the approval granted at the extraordinary general meeting held on 28 April 2014.

The Company requests that trading be halted until after the expected announcement is made or until market open on Thursday, 22 May 2014, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be temporarily halted.
