In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the Company requests a trading halt to commence at market open tomorrow, May 2, 2013 pending an announcement regarding a material capital raising.

The Company requests that trading be halted until after the expected announcement is made or until market open on Monday, May 6, 2013, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be temporarily halted.
