Expiry of Escrow Period - March 2, 2012

Red Gum Resources Limited (‘the Company’) wishes to advise that the escrow period for 30,682 restricted securities associated with the recent IPO will expire as at 2 March 2012.

Following quotation of those securities the issued capital of the Company will be as follows:

• Quoted fully paid ORD 38,493,000

• • Restricted fully paid ORD 36,235,727 • Unquoted options 4,000,000
