Expiry of Escrow Period - August 4, 2012

Red Gum Resources Limited (‘the Company’) wishes to advise that the escrow period for 2,887,159 restricted securities associated with the IPO earlier this year will expire as at 4 August 2012.

Following quotation of those securities the issued capital of the Company will be as follows:

• Quoted fully paid ORD 42,657,795 • Restricted fully paid ORD 32,320,932 • Unquoted options 4,000,000
