Expiry of Escrow Period - October 28, 2012

Red Gum Resources Limited (‘the Company’) wishes to advise that the escrow period for 1,895,000 restricted securities associated with the IPO earlier this year will expire as at 28 October 2012.

Following quotation of those securities the issued capital of the Company will be as follows:
