RED GUM CORPORATE UPDATE 25[th] July 2013

Ray Shaw, Chairman at Red Gum Resources

BRR We're here with Ray Shaw, the Chairman of Red Gum Resources. Ray for those of our listeners not familiar with the company can you please give us a brief outline of your assets?

• RS Yes certainly. Look we have two key areas, we're focussed in Peru and in Chile, we're an Australian listed junior exploration company at this point in time and over the last few months we've been very focussed in Chile where we've been working on our Majada Project.

BRR Just on Majada you've actually just announced some high grade copper intersections, can you expand on that?

• RS Yes certainly. We put an announcement out earlier this week and we've only got at the moment three of 11 drill hole results back, but they've been very encouraging, they've been high grades of about 0.7 to 0.9% shallow depth, so we're quite excited by those results.

BRR And what is the other main focus in the near to midterm?

• RS Well obviously we want to get the results of Majada back shortly, we're also talking to third parties at the moment about future funding of our Peru project and we think over the next few months there's going to be some opportunities that will evolve which will certainly spur the company along and make it a very interesting period of time.
