CHANGES IN BOARD COMPOSITION

Red Gum Resources Limited (“Red Gum” or “Company”) is pleased to advise that Messrs Thomas Pickett and Josh Puckridge have been appointed to the board of the Company.

As previously announced the Board has been actively seeking new business opportunities and with the recent completion of a successful $1.28 million raising the Company is appropriately financed to pursue such opportunities. In welcoming Thomas Pickett and Josh Puckridge, Dr Shaw said that both will play a key role in identifying and acquiring a new project for the Company. Both Mr Puckridge and Mr Pickett are experienced ASX listed company directors and collectively bring commercial, management, financial and legal skills which will be very relevant to Red Gum.

In line with the restructure, both Dr Shaw and Ms Jennifer Tobin will resign as directors effective from 28 May 2015. Mr Edwin Bulseco will remain on the Board as a non-executive director.

They leave at a time when the Company is well funded and on course to successfully take advantage of new business opportunities” Mr Puckridge said, representing the new board.

Thomas Pickett

Mr Pickett holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1996. Mr Pickett has broad experience in the mining industry and has held a number of corporate roles in the mining and finance industries. Mr Pickett was also a director of CuDeco Ltd (ASX:CDU) from 2002 to 2005, and continued as in-house counsel until 2009 where he was involved in all aspects of the company’s governance and compliance, and operations and implementation of policies and procedures surrounding mine planning. Mr Pickett is also Non-Executive Director of Discovery Resources Limited (ASX: DIS) and Executive Chairman of Cannindah Resources Limited (ASX: CAE).

Josh Puckridge

Mr Puckridge is currently executive Director of Discovery Resources Limited (ASX: DIS) and is Non-Executive Director of Krucible Metals Limited (ASX: KRB) and Naracoota Resources Limited (ASX: NRR). Mr Puckridge has robust experience within funds management, mergers and acquisitions. Mr Puckridge was a former founding Director and Secretary of Windward Resources Limited (ASX: WIN).
