Resignation of Director

Red Gum Resources Limited (ASX : RGX) wishes to advise that Mr Norman Zillman has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director of the Company, effective from today.

In citing personal reasons for his resignation Norm expressed his ongoing support and best wishes for the success for the Company in the future including the La Negra project which has been subject to some promising polymetallic intersections during the current drilling campaign.

The Company’s Chairman, Dr Ray Shaw, paid tribute to the valuable contribution Norm had made and particularly his leadership during the formative period of the Company’s development as a founding director.

It is not the intention of the Board to appoint a replacement director at this time.
