McBride plc ("McBride" or the "Group") announces that after a term of nine years, and in line with corporate governance recommendations, Sandra Turner stepped down from the Board on 20 October 2020.
Jeff Nodland, Chairman of McBride, said "Sandra has made an enormous contribution to the Group during her time with us, bringing considerable and extensive consumer business insight and experience. Sandra's leadership skills as Chair of the Remuneration Committee have been invaluable. I would like to thank Sandra for her hard work, dedication and wise counsel over her nine year tenure."
