Notification and public disclosure of the grant of an RSU Award to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc confirms that on 11 June 2026 an award was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (the Plan) to Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, over 99,129 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company, as set out in the table below. The award will vest at the end of a three-year period and be subject to a two-year post-vesting holding period and will not require any payment from the individual.
