Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021 and change of the dateof publication of the Annual Report for 2020

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publicationdates of the periodic reports:

1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2020 - 3 March 2021 insteadof 26 February 2021 as it was reported in the current report No. 55/2019dated 20 December 2019.

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 - 5 May2021.

3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2021 containingcondensed semi-annual standalone financial statements - 3 August 2021.

4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2021 - 3November 2021.

5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2021 - 3 March 2022.

In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces that the Bankdecided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second andfourth quarters pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister'sOrdinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published bythe issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of theinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that theselected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourthquarter of 2020 in the form of a current report will be published on 9February 2021 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Groupfor the fourth quarter of 2021 in the form of a current report will bepublished on 8 February 2022.
