Dates of publication of periodic reports, resignation from publishing ofthe interim report for Q4 2017 and change of the date of publication ofthe Annual Report 2017

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publicationdates of the periodic reports:

1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2017 - 28 February 2018instead of 2 March 2018 as it was reported in the current report No.1/2017 dated 11 January 2017.

2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 - 10 May2018.

3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2018 containingcondensed semi-annual standalone financial statements - 31 July 2018.

4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 - 30October 2018.

5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2018 - 28 February 2019.

In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces the Bank resignsfrom publishing consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourthquarters pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state. This resignation includes also the consolidated quarterlyreport for the fourth quarter of 2017, which according to Current ReportNo. 1/2017 dated 11 January 2017, was to be published on 8 February 2018.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that on 8February 2018, the Bank will publish the selected non-audited financialdata for mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2017 in the form of acurrent report.
