Datesof publication of periodic reports in 2019 and change of the date ofpublication of the Annual Report for 2018

TheManagement Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication datesof the periodic reports:

1)Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2018 - 27 February 2019instead of 28 February 2019 as it was reported in the current report No.3/2018 dated 17 January 2018.

2)Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 - 30 April2019.

3)Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 containingcondensed semi-annual standalone financial statements - 30 July 2019.

4)Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 - 30 October2019.

5)Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2019 - 3 March 2020.

Inaddition, the Management Board of mBank announces the Bank the Bankdecided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second andfourth quarters pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the of the Regulation ofthe Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state. This applies to the consolidated quarterly report for thefourth quarter of 2018 and 2019.

Atthe same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that theselected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourthquarter of 2018 in the form of a current report will be published on 7February 2019 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Groupfor the fourth quarter of 2019 in the form of a current report will bepublished on 6 February 2020.
