("Bank") announces that on October 25,2019 the Bank was notifiedbyNationale-NederlandenPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.aboutdecreasing the share in the total number of votes at the General Meetingof the Bank below 5% resulting from the saleofthe Banks' shares at the WSE on October 17, 2019. As a result of thesame transaction, the funds managed byNationale-NederlandenPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.: Nationale-Nederlanden OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny and Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny FunduszEmerytalny decreased their share in the total number of votes at theGeneralMeeting of the Bank below 5%.
