The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces that on September30, 2019 the Bank was notified by Nationale-Nederlanden PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. about increasing the share in the totalnumber of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank above 5% resultingfrom the purchase of the Banks' shares at the WSE, settled on September24, 2019. As a result of the same transaction, the funds managed byNationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.:Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny andNationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny increased theirshare in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bankabove 5%.
