Report Content With reference to current report no. 14/2018 dated 11 April 2018, theManagement Board of mBank S.A. (the "Bank") informs that on 9 September2025 it adopted a resolution to increase the maximum amount of the EuroMedium Term Note Programme ("EMTN Programme") from EUR 3,000,000,000(equivalent to PLN 12,762,000,000 according to the average NBP exchangerate as of 9 September 2025) to EUR 5,000,000,000 (in words: fivebillion euro, equivalent to PLN 21,270,000,000 according to the averageNBP exchange rate as of 9 September 2025).
