Notification of early redemption of subordinated bonds series BREO201223(MBK1223)

With regard to the current report no. 128/2013 dated 3 December 2013,the Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw("Bank") informs in accordance with sec. 6.4. and 6.6. of the terms andconditions of the subordinated bonds of the series BREO201223 (Catalystabbreviation: MBK1223) (the "Bonds") that the Bank has decided toperform an early redemption of all Bonds, with total nominal value ofPLN 500.000.000 (in words: five hundred million zlotys).

Date of the determination of right to benefits from Bonds: 12th December2018.

The early redemption date is: 20th December 2018.

The Bank has obtained the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's(KNF's) approval for the early redemption of the Bonds.
