With reference to the current report No. 20/2016dated 17 March 2016 Management Board of mBank S.A. (Bank) informs thatthe decrease of capital requirements on consolidated basis, described inthat current report, results from taking into account lower share offoreign exchange mortgage loans for households in mBank Group balancesheet in comparison with Bank stand alone balance sheet and is notcaused by the KNF's change in risk assessment of the portfolio offoreign exchange mortgage loans for households.
