MAX Automation SE: Supervisory Board appoints Dr Christian Diekmann as Managing Director of the Company and as CEO by 1 January 2021 at the latest at the same time Dr Diekmann resigns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dusseldorf, 9 June 2020 – Dr Christian Diekmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has today been appointed as Managing Director of the Company and as CEO by the Supervisory Board as of 1 January 2021 at the latest; additionally, Dr Diekmann will be responsible for tasks as Chief Financial Officer. Further, Dr Diekmann today resigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the same time, but remains a member of the Supervisory Board for the remainder of his office. A replacement for Dr Diekmann as Chairman of the Supervisory Board has not been identified by the Supervisory Board, yet. The Company will inform the capital market in due course about the decision as required by statutory law.
