In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, KIRKBI Invest A/S has informed Matas A/S that it now owns less than 5% of the share capital and voting rights of Matas A/S.

KIRKBI Invest A/S owns 1,886,030 shares of Matas A/S, or 4.93% of the share capital and voting rights.
