In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, KIRKBI Invest A/S has informed Matas A/S that it now owns less than 10% of the share capital and voting rights of Matas A/S.

KIRKBI Invest A/S owns 2,981,975 shares of Matas A/S, or 7.79% of the share capital and voting rights.
