Måsøval AS ("Måsøval" or the "Company") informs that Gunnar Aftret has tendered

his resignation from his position as CFO in Måsøval. Aftret will remain in his

current role until no later than 30. November 2023, the effective date of his

resignation will be further agreed with the Company, and inter alia be subject

to the process on recruitment of a successor.

Following the effective date of resignation, Aftret is expected to remain

available to the Company in a role as financial advisor.
