Måsøval AS - Information about candidates for election of new board members

Reference is made to the notice of the ordinary general meeting of Måsøval AS

(the "Company" or "Måsøval") to be held on 4 June 2026 at 10:00 hours at the

Company's office at Nordfrøyveien 413, 7260 Sistranda, including the agenda

item regarding the election of the board of directors.

Kari Skeidsvoll Moe and Roger Granheim have informed the Company that they

wish to step down from the board of directors. Helge Kvalvik will resign as

CEO on 30 June 2026, and Lars Måsøval will in connection therewith also step

down from the board to facilitate the board's process regarding new management

of the Company.

Heimstø AS, the major shareholder of the Company holding approximately 70% of

the shares in the Company, proposes on this basis, and has informed the

Company that it will support the proposal through its vote at the general

meeting, that the general meeting elects Trond Tuvstein as new Chairman of the

Board, Synne Konstanse Måsøval as a new board member, Ola Loe and Nina Santi

as board members (re-election) and Martin Lein Staveli as deputy board member

(re-election).

Trond Tuvstein and Synne Konstanse Måsøval are both affiliated with Heimstø

AS. Trond will upon taking up his position on the board of Måsøval step down

from the board of directors of Heimstø AS.
