MARTIFER GROUP INFORMS ABOUT CONTRACT ENTERED INTO WITH JAPANESE COMPANY RYOBI HOLDINGS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE LUXURY CRUISE VESSEL

Martifer, SGPS, S.A., publicly traded company ("Martifer"), hereby informs about the adjudication of a contract to its 100% owned subsidiary company West Sea – Estaleiros Navais, Unipessoal, Lda., for the construction of One Luxury Cruise Vessel for the Japanese company Ryobi Holdings Co. Ltd., for an overall price over about €100,000,000.00, net of VAT.

Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd. Is a company based in Okayama, Japan, provides services in diversified fields, engaged in transportation such as buses and taxis, logistics, tourism, retail, real estate, and ICT. The company was established in 1910 and developed a wide range of businesses that are related to local areas around Japan.

With this award, Martifer reinforces its order book in the Naval Sector, in the Luxury Cruise Vessels segment, which demonstrates the excellence, competitiveness and international recognition of its offer.
