MARR: Calendar of corporate events for the year 2018.

Rimini, 21 November 2017 – In accordance with the article 2.6.2 of the rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the MARR S.p.A. calendar of corporate events for the year 2018 is as follows:

14 March 2018:

Board of Directors for the approval of the draft 2017 Annual Report *

28 April 2018: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the 2017 Annual Report **

14 May 2018:

Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending March 31, 2018 *

3 August 2018:

Board of Directors for the approval of the half year financial report ending June 30, 2018 *

14 November 2018:

Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending September 30, 2018 *

In accordance with rules and law terms and due to unforeseen rules modifications or company necessity the dates are subject to possible changes, which will be communicated promptly.

The calendar may also be found on the Company's web site www.marr.it.

* the results of the period will be presented in the course of a conference call with financial community that will be held the day of their approval
