MARR: Calendar of corporate events for the year 2017.

Rimini, 21 November 2016 – In accordance with the article 2.6.2 of the rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the MARR S.p.A. calendar of corporate events for the year 2015 is as follows:

14 March 2017:

Board of Directors for the approval of the draft 2016 Annual Report *

28 April 2017: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the 2016 Annual Report **

12 May 2017:

Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending March 31, 2017 *

4 August 2017:

Board of Directors for the approval of the half year financial report ending June 30, 2017 *

14 November 2017:

Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending September 30, 2017 *

In accordance with rules and law terms and due to unforeseen rules modifications or company necessity the dates are subject to possible changes, which will be communicated promptly.

The calendar may also be found on the Company's web site www.marr.it.

* the results of the period will be presented in the course of a conference call with financial community that will be held the day of their approval
