MARR: Calendar of corporate events for the year 2016.
Rimini, 20 November 2015 – In accordance with the article 2.6.2 of the rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the MARR S.p.A. calendar of corporate events for the year 2015 is as follows:
14 March 2016:
Board of Directors for the approval of the draft 2015 Annual Report
28 April 2016:
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the 2015 Annual Report
12 May 2016:
Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending March 31, 2016
4 August 2016:
Board of Directors for the approval of the half year financial report ending June 30, 2016
14 November 2016:
Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending September 30, 2016
