Sub: Issue of NCDs for a value of Rs.385 crore on Private Placement basis.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Allotment of 17.50% Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. December 24, 2021 has allotted 3850 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 385,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Eighty Five Crores) divided in Series I Debentures (2750 Nos.) and Series Il Debentures (1100 Nos.) on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
